Why I Treat Children

I treat children because I love being able to come to work every day to see kids’ smiling faces, hear their funny stories and share their lives as they are growing up. Despite the challenges that pediatric neurology patients face, they are some of the bravest, smartest and most unique people I have ever met. It is a privilege to be a part of the lives of these children and their families.

What I'm Passionate About

I’m passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families. Children with neurological conditions hold a special place in my heart. Many times, parents and families come to our practice seeking answers about the challenges their child faces. It is rewarding to help identify the source of these challenges and empower children and families with the tools to make positive changes in their day-to-day lives. It is my hope that I can impact patients’ lives so that every child can reach their full potential. My medical interests include: Epilepsy Headaches/Migraines Developmental delay Tourette Syndrome and Tics Treatment of neurobehavioral disorders such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, and OCD, which commonly co-exist with neurological conditions

How I Try to Make A Difference

I try to make a difference in my patients’ lives by treating the whole patient. This means addressing not only the child’s medical needs, but the social and emotional aspects of their development as well.
