ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Children’s Is Going Paperless.

See How We’re Making Paying Your Bill Simpler Than Ever.

Starting January 2, 2025, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ will transition to paperless billing. This means statements will now be sent to you via the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app and no longer through the mail.

Why paperless?

  • More efficient — There’s no delay going back and forth through the mail.
  • Better for the environment — The less need for paper, the better.
  • Easier — See and pay your bills instantly.

Who does this apply to?

How to View Your Statement

  1. Log into the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app.
  2. Go to Billing and select Account Summary.
  3. Select View Last Statement.

Frequently Asked Questions

For ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app users who are responsible for paying the balance of a patient’s account, the standard method of billing will now be paperless. This means statements will be sent to you via the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app and no longer through the mail. However, if you prefer paper statements, you can easily log into the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app and change the setting to have paper statements mailed to you.

This applies to any parent or guardian who is responsible for paying the balance of a patient’s statement who also has an active ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app account. If you are the person responsible for paying balances but do not have an account on the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app, you will continue to receive paper statements through the mail.

You will receive an email/text message when a new statement is available. You will need to have a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app account to access the statement.

To sign up for a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app account, download the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or visit on your computer browser, and then select Sign Up.

Only the person responsible for paying the balance can view billing information in the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app without an authorization form. You can reach out for help from inside the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app by going to Billing > Pay My Bill > Send Us a Request, or you can email us. Our team will help resolve any issues.

Going back to paper statements is easy. To get paper statements in the mail, you will need to change your Paperless Preferences setting, which can be done via the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app at any time using these steps:

  • Log into the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app.
  • Go to Billing and select Account Summary.
  • Click on Paperless Preferences at the bottom of the page.
  • To turn off paperless billing, select the green icon with the check mark. (The check mark will disappear and the icon will turn gray.).
  • Select Save Changes.

Yes, in the Billing section of the ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ app you can access a downloadable/printable version of your statement.

ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ will make multiple attempts to ensure you are aware of your outstanding balance. If these attempts are unsuccessful, we will send a paper statement.

Yes, both hospital and physician statements will now be paperless.

ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ contracts with outside groups to perform radiology, emergency room, ICU and hospitalist services. If you have been seen by one of those groups, you will continue to receive paper statements, unless you have made other arrangements with the group who performed the service.

The information on your statement is the same, we’ve just simplified the design to make it easier for you to read. You will continue to receive separate hospital and physician statements.
