�ֲ���ý

At �ֲ���ý, “family-centered care” is truly our way of doing things. Before we make decisions about changing or implementing new procedures, or in some cases, hiring care providers, we strive to involve our families. To help us make meaningful improvements for all of our patients and families at �ֲ���ý Children's Health, Jacksonville, we’re developing our own Family Advisory Council (FAC).

The newly created FAC is made up of families with children who receive care at �ֲ���ý and are often living with chronic medical conditions. Council members have intimate experience in many of the clinic’s medical specialties, including hematology, oncology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, and neurology.

Our vision is for the council to work closely with clinic staff and administration to offer insight and raise awareness about issues related to clinic operations, safety procedures, medical care, patient family satisfaction, facility amenities, and so much more.
